Northzone consists of a group of equal partners, each capable of representing the company in any respect. In working with Northzone, you work with seasoned VC-professionals; high energy people with an entrepreneurial mindset (we've all been there and done that) dedicated to the art of building great companies.

Those who work with us tend to appreciate our focused approach, our fast-paced decision making and our often informal ways. We prefer to work closely together with the managements of our portfolio companies, drawing on our combined team experience as entrepreneurs, managers, management consultants and investment bankers.

Although we're always united in action, you will actually find eight colourful and very strong-willed individuals behind the team surface. We're actually more of an orchestra than a one man-show, as every member of the team plays his or her individual part of our unique sound.
