Dennis Eriksson
Dennis is part of the Northzone team in London, where he partners with founders and leadership teams across Europe to drive talent-led value creation. He supports the portfolio on senior hiring, leadership build-outs, and talent strategy, working closely with teams through key stages of growth.
Prior to Northzone, Dennis was a Senior Engagement Manager at a global executive search firm, leading C-level and senior mandates across EMEA, APAC, and North America, helping tier-one VC and PE firms build their teams and scale their portfolios.
Dennis grew up in Sweden and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics and Management from Manhattan College in New York City. He is a former NCAA Division I track and field athlete and Swedish junior champion in the triple jump.
What’s a non-obvious experience that makes you better at spotting talent?
Working across New York, Europe, and the Nordics has taught me how ambition, culture, and leadership translate at scale—and to recognize the patterns that make teams succeed. It’s essentially pattern recognition applied to people.
What’s something about you that we won’t find on your LinkedIn?
Sport has shaped how I operate: it teaches delayed gratification, marginal gains, and performing under pressure. Compete seriously in sport, and you’ve got my respect.
