Manavi Mehra
Manavi is based in Northzone’s London office and focuses on technology businesses across Europe and the US at the growth stage.
Prior to joining Northzone, Manavi was part of the investment team at TCV, with a focus on crossover software and fintech opportunities across EMEA. Prior to that, she worked in J.P. Morgan’s technology investment banking team in London.
Manavi was born in India, moved to Budapest where she spent her first 18 years (yes, she’s fluent in Hungarian), and eventually moved to London for her undergraduate studies at the LSE where she graduated with a degree in Economics.

What are your favorite books/movies?
The Kite Runner, Persepolis, 1984, The Good Earth. For a lighter read: anything by Agatha Christie. And my guilty obsession: Austen / Bronte / Hardy (books over movies), The Godfather series (movies over books).
If you weren’t working at Northzone, where would we find you?
I love writing! My alternate career would be investigative journalism. I’ve been an avid writer since childhood, and find that putting pen to paper on just about anything gives me immense clarity of thought.
